We hope you and your family are safe and well. There are two very important things we want you to know as we continue to navigate the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis together:

  • FPL is here for you and we’re here with our communities in this time of need, and;
  • FPL won’t stop delivering affordable, reliable power you can count on.

Doing the right thing is a core value of ours, which is why we will always do the right thing for our customers. We have implemented the same policies that we do during major crisis events:

  • Suspending electrical disconnections and the issuance of final notices
  • Providing payment extensions
  • Waiving certain late payment fees for customers in a hardship situation
  • Please note: These policies will remain in effect while Florida is under a state of emergency. Also, a reminder that customers enrolled in Automatic Bill Pay (ABP) must suspend participation in the program to avoid outstanding balances from being withdrawn from their bank account.
